Cecobi decided to offer Retail Coaching certification to the shops of the Encartaciones region. For many family-run retailers, that is exactly what it was: a gift. Working with CapKelenn coach Susana Anduiza, they learned to understand their business in depth, to identify what their customers genuinely need, and to work far more consciously, more confidently and with much greater drive.
