Chacune m&rsquo;a rappel\u00e9 qu&rsquo;\u00eatre Formateur-Coach n&rsquo;est jamais une routine \u2014 il s&rsquo;agit de s&rsquo;adapter, d&rsquo;\u00e9couter et de garder le sourire!<\/p>\n<p>Avant de partager mes propres r\u00e9ponses sur ces 5 situations\u2026 j&rsquo;aimerais entendre vos r\u00e9flexions et vos exp\u00e9riences !<\/p>\n<p>Voici les 5 cas r\u00e9els :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Un participant \u00e0 un programme de formation dispens\u00e9 en anglais ne parle pas anglais\u2026 du tout. Pourtant, c&rsquo;est une figure cl\u00e9 pour le succ\u00e8s du groupe.<\/li>\n<li>Un participant d&rsquo;une autre entreprise doit s&rsquo;absenter du 1er des 3 cycles en raison d&rsquo;une urgence m\u00e9dicale concernant sa femme \u2014 mais il est pr\u00eat \u00e0 se connecter depuis l&rsquo;h\u00f4pital en attendant.<\/li>\n<li>Alors que nous pr\u00e9parons la salle de classe, mon coll\u00e8gue formateur-coach dispose soigneusement les dossiers et les stylos\u2026 mais je m&rsquo;aper\u00e7ois que le logo sur le stylo est tourn\u00e9 vers le bas. Juste un d\u00e9tail ?<\/li>\n<li>Un client r\u00e9serve une grande maison Airbnb pour accueillir une formation de 4 jours \u2014 mais il n&rsquo;y a pas de place pour les formateurs !<\/li>\n<li>Un professionnel du Retail que nous avons form\u00e9 il y a 7 ans recommande spontan\u00e9ment notre programme de vente au PDG d&rsquo;une entreprise en pleine croissance.
