For many family-run retailers, that is exactly what it was: a gift. Working with CapKelenn coach Susana Anduiza, they learned to understand their business in depth, to identify what their customers genuinely need, and to work far more consciously, more confidently and with much greater drive.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cMaking a thousand euros more a month used to sound like an impossible figure: seven or eight per cent. Now it is just one euro more per transaction. In March alone we grew by 15.79% compared with last year. I have learned to run my business, to understand better what my customers need, and to work far more consciously, more confidently and with much greater drive.
