A PCC (Professional Certified Coach) from ICF (International Coaching Federation), and a Master in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programing), he is the author of the book Retail Coaching, a reference work which provides information about the best Coaching and NLP techniques applied to stores. He is also the co-founder of CapKelenn. He has an MBA from Instituto de Empresa —where he is also an Associated Teacher— and a Bachelor Degree from Icade and ESC Reims (France). As a manager, he has directed up to 8500 stores within the Kodak Express chain. He is a member of the GSF (Global Speaker Federation) and delivers conferences.
He has accompanied Capkelenn clients such as Alain Afflelou, Castorama, Grupo Cortefiel, Hermès, Sephora, Hackett, Palacio de Hierro, Yves Rocher, SFR, Nespresso, Roche Bobois, Merkal, La Sirena. Speaks: Spanish, French, English and Italian.
