  • Certification in Retail Coaching level 1 for European Managers.
  • Sales method development, implemented and delivered in all stores.

Results:

  • We observe a unanimous enthusiasm with the training itself from the teams in the first countries covered, in local languages: UK, USA, Canada, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Spain…
  • We achieve to implement key rituals with the sales person and for the customer experience.
  • Visible sales increase in closing rate as well as conversion rate and average ticket in the days following the training.
